We recently moved to our new home. Many issues with our upstairs air conditioning not working correctly. Call and Matt came over spent the time to explain our problems. Very attentive to us, and answered all of our questions. We scheduled the work that had to be done. Matt, Dwayne & Monte were here on time. Each time they came into our home they had shoe covers, they would clean as they went. All were very respectful of our home and gave us play by play of each step of the way making sure that we understood the process. We are so happy with the next day follow up. What a great group of guys you have. “Great Job” Matt, Dwayne, and Monte. Now we don’t have to worry if we should have a heating or cooling problem. They are just a phone call away.

This letter is to document the exceptional service we have received from Breedlove Dobbs.
In late May of 2007 we contracted with Ken Carrier Air Conditioning to replace our entire heating and air conditioning system with a Carrier heat pump and air conditioner unit, backup heat system, air handler and additional ductwork. This was at a cost of nearly $10,000 – paid in cash at the time of installation. Within a week of our installation, Ken Carrier Air Conditioning was sold to Breedlove Dobbs, who then assumed full responsibility for the functioning, warranty, and service agreement on the system.
The system only worked sporadically at best, failing 6-8 times from May 21 through approximately July 7, 2007. Breedlove Dobbs was very prompt in responding to the service calls at least 3 calls being made on Friday nights and several on the weekends. They work diligently to find the problem, even calling in a Carrier rep at one point and replacing almost all of the brand new components in an effort to solve the problem and give us relief from the heat. The service and office team were all very prompt, courteous, and empathetic despite the fact that our problem was coming during a very hot, busy season and did not represent any additional income for them.
We would highly recommend Breedlove Dobbs for any of your HVAC needs.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Breedlove Dobbs and Jeff Rich.
In the past two years, we had a new office building constructed and worked with Jeff Rich at Breedlove Dobbs to engineer and install a heating and cooling system that would work well with our building design. Our 27,000 square foot building has a mix of individual offices and large open work areas, which made it a challenge to heat and cool evenly. We have in place an 11 zone system.
We moved into our new office building in October of last year. We have now been in our office building through both and a cooling season and have been very satisfied with the system that is in place. There was, of course, some tweaking of both the heating and cooling system once we put them into use, but the service response time and technicians knowledgeable about our systems.
My wife and I were, at the same time, having a new house constructed. We also used Jeff and Breedlove Dobbs for that project. We have been in the new house now since November 2006 and are utilizing a radiant heating system (hot water in the floor). We have confidence in Jeff’s design and appreciate his responsiveness when the system was started.
I would not hesitate at al in recommending Jeff Rich and Breedlove Dobbs. We have been very happy with the service we received for both of these projects.

Thank you for meeting with us yesterday morning. I was impressed with your professional way of addressing our situation and the very positive way you moved to resolve it.
The service technician came yesterday afternoon, while Sue was at home (thanks for being able to get someone there yesterday). Sue talked with him several times during the course of his inspection. She was most impressed with his knowledge and insights about our furnace. He did an excellent job of cleaning, testing, inspecting, and explaining. He was also able to get at some of the duct work air leaks. The report he left was complete and informative, and it can be used for future reference to help evaluate the condition of our aging furnace. A good job was done.
I know you came into this job under rough circumstances. but I must say that I am very pleased with how you have been able to handle a very demanding client (Greg & Sue), and a very awkward mid-job change. It speaks well for you and your company. I will have no problems recommending your service to anyone.

Thank you so much for getting my air conditioner in last Friday. I had company until noon today ,and we could not have stayed here over the weekend. It seems cooler than the old one! I am cool at 76 degrees – even in the sun room. So it was doing fine!

My relationship with Jeff Rich first started 25 years ago, when he first started working for my company. He was always an enthusiastic self-motivated individual.
